Thank you for considering the Farragut High School Band Program as a candidate for your community based tax-deductible giving.

The band program requires the support of the entire community to ensure a successful program. The band directors and students rely on the support of volunteers and financial resources.

The Farragut Band Boosters is a non-profit 501(c)3 entity charged with raising and providing additional revenue to support the development of a successful fine arts education at Farragut Highschool. Your tax-deductible donation will allow for this program to continue to thrive, grow and prosper today and in the future.

There are multiple ways for your business to become a sponsor for the 2024-2025 season as defined below for Admiral, Commander, Halftime Show and Ensign levels.

The band boosters recognize that the listed sponsorship opportunities may not fit every business and welcome the opportunity to speak with you about a unique plan tailored to your business.

Admiral Sponsorship Donation: $500

One (1) 3ft x 5ft sign placed on the South or West side of the band storage building to advertise your business throughout the band fiscal year (July 1st through the following June 30th).

The building is located adjacent to the junior parking lot and is highly visible to all visitors to the high school.  The signage will be created to match the business logo.  The signs will display your company name, logo, phone number or website.

Your business and contact information will be listed on:
- The band website throughout the entire band fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th).
- Mentioned in various band newsletters (Booster Buzz)
- All concert programs Band social media platforms throughout the year

Commander Sponsorship Donation: $175

Your company logo or name will be included with three (3) other businesses on a 3ft x 5ft sign placed on the West side of the band storage building to advertise your business throughout the band fiscal year (July 1st through the following June 30th).

The building is located adjacent to the junior parking lot and is highly visible to all visitors to the high school.  The signage will be created to match the business logo.  The signs will display your company name or logo.

Your business and contact information will be listed on:
- The band website throughout the entire band fiscal year (July 1st through June 30th).
- Mentioned in various band newsletters (Booster Buzz)
- One concert program

Halftime Show Sponsorship Donation: $250


Add-on sponsorship 

An announcement before the halftime show at one Friday Night home Football game. The announcement will be made immediately preceding the marching band’s halftime show and will be similar to: “Tonight’s performance by the Farragut Marching Admirals is brought to you tonight by (your business here.)”.

There will be a max of one sponsor per halftime show. (There will be only four (4) home games during the 2024 Football season.)

Ensign Sponsorship Donation:

Provide products or services in support of the band program .

In exchange for your donation of products and/or services, your business and contact information will be listed on the band website throughout the band fiscal year (July 1st through the following June 30th).

Your business will also be mentioned in the band newsletter (Booster Buzz) and on band social media platforms at the time of your donation.
